Learn how to turn a simple "hello" into a meaningful professional relationship. We’ll guide you through the art of the gym floor approach and effective goal-setting strategies that build immediate trust. This is your first step toward confidently growing your own book of business.
Sales and Consult 2: The Experience and Asking for the Sale
Discover how to guide prospects from a complimentary workout directly into a paid package with total confidence. You’ll master the "soft sell" by focusing on the client's experience and proving your value on the gym floor. Learn the proven techniques to ask for the sale and secure your new client.
Client communication and retention
Building a client base is great, but keeping them is where true success lies. You’ll explore communication strategies that keep clients engaged, motivated, and loyal to your program long-term. Master these retention tools to turn short-term wins into a stable and thriving career.
