Welcome to our transformative 4-week program designed to equip you with the skills, abilities and confidence needed to excel in client creation and acquisition. Through a combination of role play and real-world application, you’ll master essential strategies, best practices and soft skills necessary when connecting with clients and guiding them through a professional and personalized fitness journey.

Course Details

The following skills will be practiced over the 4-week series:

Role play AND Real play all aspects of Client Creation & Acquisition. Example activities scheduled (but not limited to):

Floor Engagement Execution
Product Sampling (i.e. booths, tables, demos)
Consultation
- Professional Greeting & expectations
- Discovery
- Floor experience
- Creating the plan
- Offering value proposition solutions/recommendations

FAQs

Is this training mandatory? Although this is not mandatory, attendance is highly encouraged, especially if you are a new Dynamic Trainer within your first 90 days, or for those that are not consistently meeting your TER or Red, Yellow, Green (RYG) expectations. Connect with your leader on full guidance and expectations around your attendance.

Will you be compensated? You will be clocked in per usual.

Is there a virtual option? No, this development opportunity is best when provided live for timely and constructive feedback based on the live skills that are demonstrated.

What if you have a prior obligation on one of the Fridays? We encourage you to move things on your schedule appropriately so you can make all sessions.

Are there CEU's provided? Yes, upon successfully attending the entire Live Development Intensive Series (4 sessions in total), your CEU assessment will be unlocked in the Learning Well. Successful passing of the assessment and attendance for all sessions has been pre-approved for 1.9 CEU's for NASM/AFAA. Any other certifying bodies will have to be petitioned for CEU's at your own discretion.
