After completing Level I, participants can continue to Levels II and III through live training courses.
The Level I Bridge course builds on your existing Pilates knowledge through an in-depth, self-paced curriculum. It features a blend of reading materials, videos, assignments, and interactive learning activities. Participants gain access to digital resources, including a study guide, exercise library, workout videos, audio lessons, and presentations, making it easy to study at their own convenience. Upon completing the coursework, students schedule a virtual or in-person practical assessment.
This program emphasizes mastery of classical Pilates exercises across Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrel equipment. Instructors will refine their skills in alignment, movement, and posture using Peak Pilates®' unique Shapes in Space and Key Concepts frameworks. The course provides a structured teaching approach to enhance cueing and session design, ensuring instructors deliver high-quality Pilates experiences.
